We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

Why We Have This Policy
Many of our products are collectible, limited, seasonal, vintage, handmade, or specially selected. Some items may also be delicate, one-of-a-kind, or difficult to restock once sold.
To protect the quality, condition, and integrity of our merchandise, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Online Orders
All online orders are final once placed.
Please carefully review your cart, shipping address, billing information, and order details before submitting your order.
Bears & More is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect customer information, including incorrect shipping addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers.
Vintage, Handmade, and One-of-a-Kind Items
Some of our items may be vintage, handmade, collectible, or one-of-a-kind. These items may show natural variation, age, character, or small imperfections.
These qualities are part of what makes each piece special and are not considered defects unless clearly stated otherwise.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the situation and do our best to help.
Reports of damaged or incorrect items must be made promptly after delivery. We cannot guarantee assistance for issues reported after an extended period of time.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the shipping carrier.
Bears & More is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier-related delivery issues
- Weather-related delays
If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Please treat gift cards like cash. Bears & More is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards.
Special Orders
Special orders, custom requests, held items, and items ordered specifically for a customer are final sale.
Once a special order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
